WHAT SHOULD I LOOK FOR WHEN PURCHASING A DIAMOND?
MarryMeDiamonds has taken the guesswork out of choosing a diamond by only offering the best quality selection. All our diamonds over 0.30 carat have been certified by GIA, the world’s leading authority on diamonds, and have also been inspected for quality by our in-house experts. However, we want our consumers to know exactly what they are purchasing, so you may refer to our Diamond Buying Guide to help you feel confident in selecting your perfect piece of jewelry.
WHERE DO YOU GET YOUR DIAMONDS?
Our suppliers are either directly or indirectly affiliated with the Diamond Trading Company (DTC) Sightholder, which are companies that are authorized to buy diamonds from De Beers mines. To further ensure consumer confidence, each and every diamond is also individually inspected in-house by our experts at MarryMeDiamonds, before being mounted into our fine jewelry. All large center stones (0.30 carat and up) are certified by the independent gemologists at the internationally recognized GIA laboratories.
Are your diamonds conflict-free?
MarryMeDiamonds guarantees that all our stones are natural, conflict-free and supplied by reputable dealers. We subscribe to the guidelines outlined in the Kimberley Process Certification Scheme, an initiative established in 2003 to stop the trade of conflict diamonds. As such, MarryMeDiamonds only deals with suppliers who comply with the Kimberley Process to certify that they are involved in legitimate businesses and to prevent conflict diamonds from entering the supply stream.
WHAT IF THE RING DOESN’T FIT?
MarryMeDiamonds will provide one free resize for any ring that does not fit. Please contact us at email@example.com to arrange a time to size the finger. However, to ensure the closest fit possible, please use our ring size guide before placing your order.
HOW LONG DOES RESIZING TAKE?
We will send back your resized ring 10 days after receiving it.
HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ITEM?
MarryMeDiamonds accepts payments online via Paypal for all major credit cards or through transfers made with the following banks:

IS MY PAYMENT SECURE?
MarryMeDiamonds uses the Paypal online payment system, which ensures that all personal information submitted to us is completely secure. There is an additional fee of 4.5% in order to use this system but they accept all major credit cards and are one of the safest methods to make payments online. Alternatively, you may make a direct bank transfer.
DO YOU OFFER A PAYMENT PLAN?
We require the full payment before we can begin work on your order. This is because all jewelry items will be handmade according to your requested dimensions and sizes.
HOW DO YOU DETERMINE YOUR DIAMOND PRICES?
Our prices comply with the current diamond market and may fluctuate based on the Rapaport Price List, which is the international benchmark used to establish diamond prices in major markets. The cost of individual jewelry items may also increase or decrease based on international gold and platinum trading prices.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has been received and confirmed, we will send you an email with a tracking code to stay updated on the status of your item(s).
HOW WILL MY ITEM BE DELIVERED?
All orders from MarryMeDiamonds will be delivered straight to your specified address with no shipping fee. We use credible and registered shipping agents to get your jewelry safely to you.
WILL MY DELIVERY BE INSURED?
Yes, we will purchase the insurance to protect your jewelry upon delivery.
WHAT WILL MY PACKAGE LOOK LIKE UPON ARRIVAL?
All jewelry will come in a size-appropriate box that is also perfect for storing your item for safekeeping. Rings will be placed in an elegant solid black wooden box with felt cushioning that is ideal for proposing or gifting.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Currently, we only deliver to addresses within Thailand.
DO YOU OFFER CASH REFUNDS?
No, we do not offer cash refunds. For customers who qualify, we have an attractive 30-day exchange policy for store credit.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN AN ITEM?
You have 30 days to exchange an item for store credit from the original date of delivery. Please note that customized orders, loose stones, jewelry which has been worn/damaged, and items that have exceeded the 30-day period are not eligible for return.
HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEM?

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Once we receive the payment for your order, we immediately start on production and secure your diamond. Unfortunately, this also means that we do not accept order cancellations as we have already invested in your request. However, we offer a 30-day exchange policy on certain items for full store credit.
