SHIPPING INFORMATION

We offer FREE registered and insured shipping on all orders placed within Thailand.
Item(s) from our Designer’s Choice catalogue will be shipped within 15 business days upon order confirmation.
Customized orders will be shipped within 15 business days upon order confirmation.
Please note that orders will only be processed once payment has been received.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

30-day exchange policy

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase from MarryMeDiamonds, we are happy to accept returns within 30 days of the original shipment date.

We will offer store credit equal to the full amount of your purchase (excluding engraving fees). Store credit can be used towards all products on the website.

We do not offer cash returns.

Non-refundable items

While customer satisfaction is our utmost priority at MarryMeDiamonds, certain items are non-refundable:

  • We cannot accept returns or exchanges on customized orders.
  • All purchases of loose stones are final.
  • Jewelry pieces which show visible markings of having been worn or damaged after purchase cannot be returned for store credit.
  • Items which have exceeded the 30-day return period may not be exchanged  for store credit.
  • Engraved rings from our Designer’s Choice catalogue may be returned for  store credit, but engraving fees are non-refundable.
  • Returns will only be accepted on jewelry that is sent back in its original 
  • packaging, in unused condition, and with all documents that came with it.

Returning your item

MarryMeDiamonds guarantees your full satisfaction or items may be returned for store credit within 30 days of the original shipment date. All products must be in its original purchase condition and jewelry must not have been worn/used.

Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping and insurance costs of returning your item(s). All diamond certificates and guarantees must also be sent back, along with the original MarryMeDiamonds sales invoice and packaging.

Damaged or missing items

If your package or product arrives damaged or with any item(s) missing, please call MarryMeDiamonds immediately at 02-727-0281-2.
